We are looking forward to having Sarah and Andras at our gallery lounge this evening for their Champagne Premiere Night! We’ll be showing them their wedding photos for the the first time and I know that Sarah is suuuuuper excited, so here is a little sneak peak until then!
Satoshi and Yui had their wedding in Japan, but since they live here, they wanted to have their wedding photos taken in the city they chose to live in. It’s always such a beautiful and super romantic time of year with the colour of the Fall leaves. Here are a few photographs from their Vancouver autumn wedding photo session with us.
Christina and Mike were married this summer at the beautiful Van Dusen Gardens in Vancouver. Both Christina and Mike are veterinarians. And almost all their guests, other than their family, were all also veterinarians. So how wonderfully appropriate that animals made an appearance in their photographs throughout the day!

Christina’s grandfather flew all the way from Minnesota at the age of 95 to be a part of her wedding day. Christina and her grandfather have a very special bond and I certainly can see the love here. 🙂 It’s one of my truly favourite photos from this summer.
………………… Hair: Mink Make-Up and Hair In a couple short weeks we have Jess + Dave’s wedding. We are really looking forward to being there and photographing their day for them for two main reasons: They are two great people who make a really great couple together and we’ll see some familiar faces, as we photographed their friends Sean + Megan’s wedding a couple years ago. But first, here are a few photographs from their engagement photo session we had with them on Main Street, earlier in the summer. We chatted lots about things we all had in common, laughed over the silly stuff and gave them space to enjoy being together with some quiet romantic moments in between.
August is always an insanely busy month for us, and this year is no exception, so I’ll keep this post short, but sweet. Here is one of the first photos that resonated with me as I started editing through the photos from Ernest and Cora’s wedding last weekend. It’s a fleeting and beautiful moment that we captured during their wedding ceremony on the lawn at Brock House overlooking the sea.

Lovely images Steff and Justin… you totally captured the ‘way’ Jess and Dave are with each other. One of the best parts of creating their ceremony was spending time getting to know them. We are so fortunate to get to step into their lives at such an important moment in time! I love that you caught the magical way these two look at one another. Kudos!
